Search only finds result if logged in on some results

There's some results that are only returned if one is, or has, logged into the website. For example, The "Get Smart Collection". When logged out, the following search https://www.themoviedb.org/search/movie_collection?query=smart returns "We didn't find any collection that matched your query of smart." After logging in the same search, or any other search that would match, returns the "Get Smart Collection".
After logging out, the search (or again, any other search that would match it) continues to produce a result. Once the browser's cache is cleared then no search result will bring it up until you log in. This also goes for API searches (I think, assuming Tiny Media Manager uses the API) and generic searches (tested using Chrome and IE 10). Searching for "smart" generically when logged out also returns one less People and movie result than it does when logged in but I noticed it when doing collections searches.

For some reason, these items were marked as adult items. Can't really explain that one, just that they are.
I've edited the following:
They are both showing up now.
If you find others I'll look into it. Someone must have edited them at one point, sure is weird that they would mark them as adult items.
