Always include images with null language

In order to keep movie requests to a minimum, I'm using append_to to get as much back in a single request as possible. I'm also specifying language explicitly.
Unfortunately when I do this I don't get back images with null language, which means I have to make a second http request without using a language in order to get those.
Can anything be done here?

Not presently. There's two tickets that are sort of attached for this. LH-273, and LH-271.
I don't have an immediate time table for these two, I'm busy with getting the TV API setup right now.
