i am developing a movie database system and i want to request api key for c# and any example project will be helpful if you have any .... i also want to know details that what should i have to do if i want to develop a windows phone application using ur api

If you are looking for an API key, you can head in to your account and create one under the "API" section of your account page.
From there, the best place to start is the documentation area. It has links to the libraries page, where I believe there's a few options for C#.
