confusion between commercial and developer API key

Hello
I want to make an application that show movies information from TMDB and for every moview it displays torrents info. from other API providers like YIFY http://yify-torrents.com/api.
I want to upload it on Google Play on my accont https://play.google.com/store/apps/developer?id=dakshbhatt21 . Do I need to request for commercial or developer API key, my application will be free, but it will contains some advertisements.
So if I need to apply for commercial API then will it be free or paid service?

Hi Daksh,
I would not consider that a commercial application, no. A developer key is fine.
