I have all my fields strongly typed but ran into problem with the api returning null in the vote_average. Is it generally preferred to treat fields as objects and check in code or is this a passing issue?

This was actually a temporary glitch that got deployed this morning. I just pushed the fix for it and once the cached items get cleared you shouldn't see null anymore. Default for the
vote_average
field is 0.0.Reply by emveepee
