Unable to fill the API Key request form cause u can see the fields or scroll down. Help pls

same problem here the form is missing to fill in and cant complete to get an api key generated

Same here terms are ok but the form to fill out your information is is covered by something that prevents you from filling it out All just blanked out sort of

I can't reproduce this issue. I've gone through the API generation process in Safari, Chrome and Firefox.
What browser are you guys using?
Can you also try to make sure and empty your cache/shift-refresh (ctrl-refresh on IE, I believe).

odd firefox didnt fix for me
