I looked on the website and searched here, but I did not see anything about reset the api key or generating a new key. How can I do this? Thank you

We don't have an automatic way of doing this. In fact, I've never actually had to do this for anyone. Why do you need to reset your key?

While trying to troubleshoot an issue with EMM, I posted an xml file that has my api key in it. I did not see it until after it was posted. I just don't want others to abuse your services and I lose the ability to use them.

Can you try going into your account now and under the "API" item in the sidebar, you should hopefully see a link to create a new key. Let me know.

I submitted the request for a new api key, but I still have the old key, not a new key.
