Addin doesnt work

I want to add a DVD but ive got the next error:
"It seems as though you are entering text in Malay while browsing in Dutch. Did you know that TMDb natively supports translations? If you believe this to be an error, stop by the forums and let us know."
Im only trying to insert the dvd's of Bumba. But i only get this error. please help

This is unrelated to your issue, but Is it DVDs of the children's TV series Bumba you are trying to add?

Yes Bumba has 15 or 16 dvd's. Only one Bumba DVD is in this DB witch i use for my XBMC Library. I try to add them all so my library and you db is up to date.

You shouldn't add those. I removed the other ones earlier this year since we don't allow TV series. Please see our television rules here: https://www.themoviedb.org/documentation/editing#television
