consider the request http://d3gtl9l2a4fn1j.cloudfront.net/t/p/original/qxK5NexHeA4VBgQOPbRfMpCQaMl.jpg . Does this type of requests to access images also have rate limiting ?

No, it does not. You're pulling images directly from CloudFront.
