There isn't really a specific way to get "only U.S." movies but you can kind of cheat and use certification_country with the certification.lte parameters. Something like this for example:

http://api.themoviedb.org/3/discover/movie?api_key=###&certification_country=US&certification.lte=R

Would show all movies that have a MPAA rating of R or less. Keep in mind though, like I said these are only ratings. There's no discrete "movie country" parameter. There's many non US movies that get released in the US, which will show up since they have a MPAA rating.
