The title to "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone" has been changed to "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone." How do you change a title back to the real title?

You don't. The original title is Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone. The US title is Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone and you can get it from the list of Alternative Titles.

No problem. There has been a lot of confusion, understandably so, since the movie (and the book of course) used a different title for the US market.
