Can't delete keywords (title:127867)

I've been trying to delete the extra keywords here (https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/127867), but they keep coming back.
I just tried a couple of other movies where it did work so probably a very limited problem.

I just deleted the 3 plot keywords and it seems like they not appearing again.

Thanks. I added two of them again. When I reported the issue, it was one of the keywords, "woman in water", appearing three times and the extra ones did not disappear when deleted. It was probably just some temporary glitch, which can happen from time to time.
