Check if the user has added a movie to Favorites/Watchlist

I try to find a quick way to check if the user has already added the displayed movie in the favorites/watchlist.
(example: user selectes a movie => if he has added the movie to favorites => show: remove from favorites => else show: add to favorites)
I have to load all the movies from Favorites/Watchlist to check it?

The /movie/account_status method would be the one you are looking for.
