"Address country is invalid"

I've search the forum and read the terms, but I can't find why I get this "error" when I try to request an API key.
The "invalid" country is Norway.

Hi Per,
Unfortunately I'm not quite sure why this is happening and don't have time to look into it right away. In the interim, feel free to choose another country so you can proceed.
