i would like to add a german title for https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/9316-ong-bak/ but i cannot duo to a certification problem the the canadian certication. I tried to fix that but it seems that the current certification is not accepted cause it just accept the ratings for "Canadian ratings outside Quebec" and not the one of Quebec. The original author said that it was rated 13+ which is a valid certification rating for quebec but not for the rest of canada. Please take a look at the wiki site and fix it (allow the rating or, what seems to make more sense, add quebec or "canada quebec" as its own certification) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canadian_motion_picture_rating_system
