Should be working now. Just a momentary glitch as we were doing some DB work behind the scenes.

I have exactly the same error while trying to add a new french movie "Tintin et le Lac aux Requins (IMDB tt0069383). Perhaps because of french accents in characters?

I was just trying to add "Time of EVE" as well but under the title "Eve no Jikan". Since there's no entry under either name as of yet, I'm assuming that the previous person still hasn't succeeded.

I am getting this error when trying to view collections for "Marvel Cinematic Universe" and "Total Recall Collection".
