The Movie Database Support

Hey guys,

I've noticed a strange issue when searching for titles... occasionally when two movies have the same title one will show up... but the other movie won't even be in the list of potential matches... I'm not quite sure why this is the case but its been happening on movies such as the watch, click and a few others with the same title... any chance I can get a little clarification on why this is happening?

Thank you.

Hi Jeff,

I'm not clear if I understand. When searching for "the watch" I see both results:

https://api.themoviedb.org/3/search/movie?api_key=###&query=the+watch

Can you give me a working example?

Travis,

Sorry this was my fault with the way i was grabbing the data and displaying it... I was originally grabbing the title and doing a search for that title... which comes back with several results but I was using the first result... i've switched to using ids instead of relying on titles and its working 100% better now.
