Is it possible to search for movies by release date or other parameters other than the title?

Hello,
I asked myself the same question. Also is it possible in the parameter "year" to add a minimum and a maximum (ie : search movies released between 1956 and 1965) ? And can we do a multicriteria search like date and genre ?

Hey guys, no, not at this time.
It's possible that something like this will exist later this year to replace the 2.1 "Movie.browse" functionality but for v3. Here's the open ticket.

Hi! Thanks Travis for your answer! Is it still possible to use the api 2.1 ? I'm trying to test it but i have cross domain issue. When I try to edit Application URL in my account, the field is not saved.

You can but its been EOL'd. It's unlikely to be online 6+ months from now. Developing anything on it now would be a fairly big waste of your time.
