Get movie plot from search

Hi,
I'm woundering what the best way to get movie plot in the search results. API v. 2.1 supports this, but as far as I can see the feature was somehow removed in v3. Any chance getting it back? I'd love to display a little more detail in the search results, then just the default title/year. If not, whats the best workaround? Going back to an old version of the api just seems wrong.

Indeed, it is. Especially since I can't guarantee 2.1 will be around for that much longer.
There is no plans at this time. There is however an open ticket which you can keep an eye on. The only real option you have right now would be to go off and query each individual movie for the overview. I know a lot of users will cache this data locally so over time you can make less and less requests.
