Adding Movie Error

I've new on here and wanted to add a movie but when i click add it i get the following.
404—Oops!
Doesn't look like the page you're looking for can be found.
Why is this?

Well i have found out that even though i got this message it had added my move but now because it had tried to create more than one it has made duplicates, how do i delete duplicates.

The movie is FM - Indiscreet 25 Live, i have one finished with covers and all the info but i duplicated about 4 or 5 more. thanks.
