Hebrew genres names not loading

The Genre names in Hebrew is returning null even though each category is translated to Hebrew.

I've created a new ticket for this, I believe I know what's going on. Should be a pretty simple fix that I'll try to look at in the next week or two.

Fix for this has gone live.
