Film titles by country rather than language?

There have been several content reports lately about the conflict between French and Quebecois film titles. Apparently, many English films retain their English titles in France, but use a french language title in Quebec.
One person has suggested creating a French-Canadian language.
Not sure if this is a good solution, but I'm just throwing it out there.

This is all tied to the same issues described here and here.
It will indeed get addressed one day in the future but it's a sizeable re-factor that I don't have immediate plans for.
