New .NET Library in C# for V3

Hi folks,
I implemented most of the V3 API in ths Library: https://github.com/LordMike/TMDbLib Just thought you'd like to know :)
Also. Could you sort the list of third parties, so that it's easier to find all .Net libraries? A consistent naming might also help (both .NET libraries are C#, so why not write: "C#.Net"?).
