Hi everyone,
How to translate genres into Arabic? And how to write actors' names in Arabic?
I'm basically trying to improve the Arabic content in the database (which is very poor unfortunately). So if there is anything else that can be translated please let me know.
Your help is appreciated.

Not all of these are in use as movie genres, but it's the current list we get people to translate.

There's something wrong with Comedy genre. It looks like you missed the first letter so it's appearing وميديا instead of كوميديا.

In Bulgarian:
I have one question - whats the difference between these 3 genres: Sport, Sporting Even and Sports Film? "Regarding "Road Movie" and "Talk - i have no idea how to translate it, that is why i think would be better not to translate them.

French translation most are already good in database:
Action & Adventure = Action & Aventure : in french we put 2 genres 'Action' & 'Aventure' not one with both
British = Anglais : what the hell is that king of a genre? British production ok but genre !!!
Erotic = Érotique
Fantasy = Fantastique
Foreign = Étranger
Holiday = Vacances
Indie = Indépendant
Sci-Fi & Fantasy = Science-Fiction & Fantastique : never seen this one on IMdb nor Allocine.com
Short = Court-Métrage
Sporting Event = Sport
Sports Film = Sport
TV movie = Téléfilm
Western = Western (not Ouest)
All others are ok ;-)

to reply the French translation, 'Est' genre doesn't exist. Est = Asiatique
