Hi there,
I'm trying top add a movie but as soon as I hit the add it button, I get a popup with "sending data" and then nothing. Never happened to me before, but it has been a while since I last added something. Am I missing some new changes? Is the system broken atm? Can someone help me out?

No known issues at the moment. What browser are you using?

I tried both with (updated versions of) Chrome and Firefox. And the problem is still there since yesterday (and after two pc reboots).

It concerns this film: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2096565/, and it refuses to go beyond "sending data" after I click "I don't see it, add it!" (as there are other films with Paradiso in the title - this one is not in the database yet though).

Tried it on my work computer (so entirely different pc) - same problem.

Ya, I'm not sure what's going on. You're the only person who seems to be having any trouble (I've seen ~200 movies get created every day, and no dip since you reported this).
Are you running any kind of Ad block or other extension?

Weird... I've added lots of films before on this computer, and the problem persists (for me, apparently) on other computers too.
Disabled Adblock Pro in Chrome - no difference. Same problem, still the "sending data" popup which does not lead to anywhere.
Tried explorer (which I never use, so no extension whatsoever), site seems to "crash" (ie. the "sending data" message popup appears but doesn't show any text and only goes away after a reload which puts me back at the beginning of the process again).
UPDATE: I added another movie without problem. This movie, however, did not have potential duplicates (which the movie I actually want to add does have). It seems that this is the problem then? I only get the problem with the "I don't see it, add it" button after the duplicate check.

What's the movie you were trying to add when you had the issue? Also, what's the data you were attempting to add (each field)?

Title: Paradiso
imdb tag: tt2096565 (here's the full link: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2096565/)

Tried again (and again), now with an English description - and suddenly I got through. So it appears there's a language thing blocking the system, even though it is not clear at all that this is the problem. Also: is (and if so: why is) adding a description in an other language than English a problem?

I've got the same problem. This week I've tried with 2 movies: Striptease (tt0227573) and another.
Browser: Safari on Mac.
