It's painful to see DEI being banned. But DEI consultancy agencies/departments are the ones that keep making up all kinds of BS. The banning and redefinition of words are their stupid idea. They don't want doctors and nurses to say a baby is a boy or girl. They should say "assigned female at birth" or "assigned male at birth". Caregiver should replace mother and father. Women can also have a D, not just an overgrown clit. Women who have a problem with male genitalia in their locker room should follow a reconditioning course.

But everybody knows it's assigned at birth.

IMO, that's important if something else follows.

Nah. Only 4. Man/woman and trans-man/trans-woman. IMO, it's about how you look, not how you feel. Trans want to permanently change their look. It's awkward to look like a woman while your ID says male. Non-binary and gender-nonconforming are more about how you feel. Those pp don't change their looks with cross-sex hormones and surgeries. Unless they have gender dysphoria too.

It's odd that some transgenders say they're non-binary. If you're neither male nor female, then why transition to become the opposite sex? You shouldn't care.

The same for gender-nonconforming. You don't conform to the prevailing social expectations about your biological sex. But looking like the opposite sex means that you accept the look that society expects from that sex.

Like I keep saying, humans don't like to keep it simple these days.

Is it worth it to annoy and confuse pp just to feel visible and validated? Pp have a lot on their minds. Demanding their time and confusing them might annoy and anger them.
