Well, Tom Cruise is a bankable star. The good box office years are waning, but he does have a winner with MI, and with HC falling into the turkey coop and each in every turn, I can't blame him. However, you are right. He will have to work hard at standing out, if he wants people walking out KNOWING his REAL name.

Not so sure whether MI will still be a winner this summer. It’s going to be so crowded and Marvel/Disney is just doing so well. Weeks and weeks later, Black Panther is still going strong. I can just imagine the longevity of Avengers Inifinity, the next AntMan movie, not to mention the Han Solo movie. Then you have Dead Pool and who knows — even more surprise hits like A Quiet Place.

There's a lot of competition out there for sure. Time will tell.

I think I'm going to have to see this movie. Sorry, Kessa, but it will only be for 20 minutes. If it sucks, I'm outta there!

Uhh... Gone with the Wind?

I thought Gone with the Wind would either be funny of offensive. I am assuming now it was offensive. I can see how it was offensive, but I also almost cry when I see that clip of Hattie McDaniel being the first African American to win an oscar. That woman went through hell to get it and she finally got buried in Hollywood cemetery so it was kinda a win/lose situation for African Americans. Sorry if I offended you.

It's funny in the latest interview, not one cast member says anything other than Tom is Superman and pretty much walks on water. Now, it's not like I expected to talk like me, but it was a lot of butt kissing. Just saying. . .

Perhaps it’s on their contract to do that thing. Tom is the STAR for this movie, so I guess they all have to pay their respects. The PR machine for Tom is in full swing. In Deadline they had one article of him doing his own stunts and you can see how much discussion that created.

Tom's doing his own stunts is equivalent to HC's Fat Cavill talk.
