The moment is here! You finally get to learn about the origins of the delectable No.1 Rosemary Water, you lucky ducks you. And not only that, but you get to pick a version to watch! Right here you have our mid length version, but there is another to be found with even more in the way of wonder and detail to be found on the No.1 Botanicals Website! The link to which resides nearby in my bio.

I have a Q, but it’s not what HC is doing on a boat. No, no, no, no, no. What’s HC doing fully clothed on a boat? Yeah, that’s the Q. Now was the perfect time to wear shorts and show furry legs. The docu should have ended with HC becoming one with nature by taking a shirtless dive into the sea… after drinking some delicious rosemary water.

That’s for the sequel

It’s a good song for a run. (Please don’t look in between lines... it’s just a song 😂, people listen music, and put it into instagram stories, that not necessarily has some meaning with his current life... it can be just a song he likes).

Today is a day of days, my friends, not often do I get watch my team (none other than the Kansas City Chiefs) play in the SuperBowl, AND my National Rugby team of England play our ancient rivals, France in the 6 nations tournament. In. One. Day!

Because it's such an auspicious day, I thought I might bring out the big guns, a simple wild eyed selfie would not suffice. Today the Bear and I must go armoured onto the battlefield of fandom, today we must drink beverages drowned in honey to soothe our throats run ragged from roars of defiance and jubiliation alike, today, my bear....we go to war.

C'mon England!!!

Let's Gooooo Chiefs!!!

Henry Cavill on how he keeps fit each week

To be in the company of Henry Cavill is to hope beyond hope that, to look like that, there is some secret tactic so expensive, ornate and difficult to replicate that trying to enter the same race is simply impossible. Perhaps most depressingly, this doesn't seem to be the case: beyond his excellent trainer Dave Rienzi, Cavill seems surprisingly light on secrets for being the physical embodiment of a leading man.

"I will have different workouts for different parts of the week, depending on which muscle group I'll be working. Quite typically it's six days a week, I'll be doing fasted cardio, so I get up in the morning, I will have a coffee, and then I will do some cardio for half an hour, and then I'll have breakfast and then I will either go to the gym, or go to work depending.

“Nutrition is all about getting the right balance of macros. We've gotta make sure I get my proteins, fats and carbohydrates in, depending on what  I'm trying to achieve.

"Hydration is a huge priority.

“I try to drink as much water as possible: not so much that you end up losing all the minerals in your system as well. You want to keep that fine balance.

"Walks are really nice if you don't have the energy for a morning run

“And for me walking is probably my premier way of problem solving.

“To be honest, I don't really have a grooming routine. It's sleep, drink lots of water, be as healthy as you can.

“Making sure I'm hydrating, making sure I get all the right calories in. And just making sure the brain is at peace. Because it all starts with the mind. It's the most powerful tool we have and can also be the most destructive to ourselves. And so it's about making sure that that's right. And then everything else can follow suit.”

Gentleman's Journal

Yes, you can look like Henry Cavill (but it will take some work)

I’ve been a journalist long enough to know that most actors don’t tend to appreciate being asked how they stay in shape. Most of the time, should you deign to ask such a question, you’ll be met with a barely suppressed eye roll, a non-committal name drop of a Hollywood personal trainer and a swift conversation change back to their directorial ambitions.

Henry Cavill, I am pleased to report, is not one of these actors. In fact, unlike  his peers who deem the quest for silver screen-worthy abs a necessary evil of the trade, Cavill’s approach is refreshingly pragmatic. “It’s my job so I’ve just got to do it,” he says. “I’ve got to look a certain way, I’ve got to have a certain amount of health and my body has to be able to do certain things, without breaking, for a long period of time so I’ve got to train.”

“I do fasted cardio in the morning,” he explains.

“Then, depending on whether I’m training before or after work, I’ll have breakfast and then go to the gym,” he continues.

“It’s normally bodybuilding work because it’s not too neurologically taxing. I found with more explosive workouts, like crossfit, I was so exhausted that by lunchtime I was running out of energy.

Making small changes to his diet, he explains, is what got him through the gruelling routine. Along with his well documented diet of eggs, steak, chicken, potatoes and brown pasta, Cavill says that adding a daily dose of rosemary made all the difference.

The change, it appears, was so profound that Cavill became a partner of No 1 Rosemary Water – a brand he discovered in the midst of research into starting his own water company.

This is why alcohol is your worst workout enemy…

HC missed a chance to actually be at the Super Bowl. He does have a house in Miami, doesn’t he? But he wasn’t there, because the game was played at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami. Now I understand why DJ was so involved. The Rock – Hard Rock. Get it? laughing

Elle Men Chinatown

Almost perfect

Thick brown hair, wide forehead, heavy eyebrows, sincere ice-blue eyes (occasionally overrated by the audience), strong cheek bones, discreet lips, delicate and attractive apple chin, and recognized bodybuilding masculine posture ... Henry Cavill is sometimes praised as handsome by sculpture, sometimes lamented as a real superman, and sometimes called the most perfect man on earth-he crossed the border unification of work type barriers.

There are no perfect humans in the world, but there are men who are gifted and practical, with a gentle gentlemanly style – almost perfect.

White T-Shirt Boss

The 36-year-old British actor currently lives in South Kensington, London. Unlike many actors who hide life tightly, he is very happy to share and update every short journey and adventure in his life with fans. The frequency is like the natural optimistic neighbors in our lives: social media pages are full of content such as work, fitness, charitable endeavors, fan activities, as well as his pet dog Kal, an American Akita. In short, his love of life is truly infectious.

Brown blazer, camel turtleneck and brown sunglasses are all bosses

Year of work

Most of his recent updates have been dominated by Netflix's new fantasy epic drama “The Witcher.” Cavill plays the role of a lone monster hunter, Geralt of Rivia, struggling to find his place in a world where humans are more evil than monsters. “This series is based on a series of novels by Polish writer Andrzej Sapkowski,” Cavill explained.

In order to interpret the role, he is required to wear a white long wig and heterochromatic contact lenses and train and shape various muscles as well. From the response after the release, “The Witcher” has won the approval of many fans. And it may even compete with a certain HBO epic fantasy drama.

However, Cavill is not an actor who stands out by appearance, or "not only." "The Witcher" executive producer Tomek Baschi said in an interview that during the filming in Hungary, when filming was over, Cavill wanted to stay in the fantasy world. "In Hungary, he slept in his trailer on set for weeks. In order to save an hour on the road, he didn't go to his hotel in Budapest ... it's not common, Henry is a hardworking type Actor, he knows how to shape it and how to deliver it to the audience.”

In fact, Cavill has been busy with work throughout the year. "I've been shooting “The Witcher" this year, and also collaborated with Millie Bobbie Brown (the heroine of the drama "Strange Things") on "Holmes." There are various other things but can’t say yet.” Perhaps the project that fans around the world are looking forward to?

Henry Love Shanghai

In mid-October 2019, as the global spokesperson for the German brand Boss's eyewear series, Cavill attended the 2020 early autumn show with the theme "Boss Love Shanghai." We also took the opportunity to complete the cover shoot in the Shanghai studio in early autumn. He is not in Shanghai for the first time, but each rush trip makes him more eager to have his own private time to enjoy this exotic city. "This trip is very pleasant, but unfortunately my stay in Shanghai is too short. I like to visit Shanghai very much, and I hope that I can stay longer on my next trip." Gradually consumed by work, his mentality is still positive. "I have been working in various ways for almost a whole year, which has continuously changed my daily habits. But it also makes everything interesting. Of course some small routines habits are good."

Cavill may not meet the standard portrait of British actor in people's minds: pale, skinny, with a natural intellectual style and slightly soft and gloomy temperament. On the contrary, his face is radiant and his skin has been exposed to sun. The wind stroked the traces; the body was just right with enough muscles; the character was cheerful, easy-going and kind, unlike a movie star.

His appearance and his manners are like his words: perfection, no dripping; this decent way of speaking and dealing with people is very suitable for people's imagination of the British gentleman. When he came to the studio, he would always say hello. Most of the costumes in the shooting were custom-made transported by air from London. But he was not fussy about the non-custom ones prepared for him on the set: “If it is not suitable, I will also wear London." At the end of the work, he will meet the staff's desire to take a photo, shake hands with everyone, and thoughtfully say "Thank you" in Chinese. No wonder the person with whom he worked love to use "perfect" to describe him.

Gentleman's resume

In 1983, Cavill was born in Jersey, the southern tip of the English Channel, and is the fourth of five boys in the family. His acting career started as a troupe at a boarding school during adolescence. In 2000, he received his first movie protagonist as a young man: the boy with a complex nature and a hint of evil in the feature film "Laguna"; in 2001, he just performed "The Count of Monte Cristo." Unlike his first role, the second role is well-behaved, quiet and melancholic. You can't define him because of his good looks. These two works that show contrasts at the beginning of his career reveal his endowments in performance.

From 2007 to 2010, Cavill played the first Duke of Suffolk, the close friend of Henry VIII, in the period drama "The Tudors." He sincerely said that this well-produced and well-recognized drama helped his career a lot. "Now, a viewer in the United States will also know who I am ... Since the broadcast of "The Tudor," I have more possibilities of "selling" myself.”

Brown suit jacket and camel turtleneck are both bosses

Just as he wished. In 2007, he has always been favored by costume films. He starred in the costume fantasy movie "Stardust." After that, he joined Woody Allen's "Everything Works," which was released in 2009. In 2011, he starred in Tassim Xin's mythical film "Immortals"; In 2015, he played a secret agent in Guy Richie’s "Man from UNCLE"; in 2017, he was the hero of Fernando Coimbra's military film "Sand Castle" .... The creation and expression styles of these directors are quite different, and many actors tend to work with a certain type of director for a long time to establish a tacit understanding and cultivate a unique lens language. But Cavill chose to go the other way and try as many narrative forms as possible: "It's my pleasure to work with these directors. The more directors I work with, the wider the perspective of the actor in telling stories in the future. "Besides," the story is first, then the director, and finally the production team. Without a story, the overall state will be a complex journey from the beginning," he explained.

Dark blue shirt, navy trousers, black Chelsea boots and black sunglasses are all Boss

Young superman

The character that really made him famous is naturally a well-known old superhero "Superman." As early as 2004, Cavill was named the protagonist of a Superman movie. Unfortunately, the film was later changed to a new director, and a new actor was also selected. In 2011, the goddess of fate turned and threw an olive branch again and this time Cavill caught it. He auditioned for "Man of Steel" and got the part. He then gained weight, reduced fat, and adjusted his condition.

In addition to the physical and mental efforts, Cavill spent a lot of time studying the script, analyzing the complex heart of the character to finally create a richer layer, expressing the diversity of human nature to the fullest, different from the classic old image. Superman’s near human soul – the rebellious youth, the pain of growth, the horrible choice … all these are layers. A young, imperfect, superman who is still constructing and exploring a world of will and appearance, and is growing and perfecting it step by step. Director Zack Snyder described him as "the perfect option for putting on a Superman cape and S shield." Cavill said, "In the temple of superheroes, Superman has always been the most well-known and respected character. I am honored to participate in Superman's return to the screen.”

The perfect shape and the precise transmission of the core have earned him a lot of praise for his depiction of Superman. He still interprets Superman in “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” in 2016 and “Justice League” in 2017. The Superman “gene” has become a part of his screen flesh and blood, a milestone that cannot be underestimated in his acting career.

Dark blue shirt, navy trousers and black Chelsea boots are all Boss

“Come What May”

After the milestone was set, and again asked if there were characters who he wanted to portray but not yet had a chance, Cavill showed a strong preference for historical figures: "I have many types of characters to try, such as Alexander the Great or Julius Caesar.”

It is not difficult to see from his rosy resume that Cavill is not a lucky player. After more than ten years of professional life, his "Superman" has not fallen from the sky. In fact, Cavill has a series of missed stories: He lost James Bond in the final stage of the casting of "Casino Royal," because of the difference between the director and the producers on the age; movie fans once jointly signed a petition, hoping that the crew of "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire" would cast Cavill, so that he could play the senior Cedric Diggory in the top three hegemony. Tall, handsome, personable, kind and honest ... The perfect role tailored for him, but he failed to get it. Stephanie Mayer, the author of the Twilight books, said that Cavill was the vampire Edward Cullen in his heart. He was the best candidate. She called him "Perfect Edward." Unfortunately, when the film was finally made, Cavill was already too old for the role.

We guess that the next question, he should have been tirelessly asked many times. We searched his name online, and no report would let go of these missed roles. They exaggeratedly called him "the most unfortunate person in Hollywood." So what does he think of these mixed experiences now? In particular, many of these roles are now so tempting when you look back. They could have pushed his career to an even higher point, and gave him more choices and opportunities with higher popularity and visibility.

Cavill replied: "There are always reasons for not getting those roles. Some are good and some are not satisfactory. People can't hold on for too long in the past." A concise and exquisite philosophical answer … almost perfect.

Now I understand why DJ was so involved. The Rock – Hard Rock. Get it? laughing

I’m not quite sure about that, but I’m kinda sure about these:

  1. He’s a huge non-white celeb.
  2. The Super Bowl had a Latin/ethnic thing this year.
  3. He lives or has a house near Miami.
  4. He attended the University of Miami.
  5. He was on the Miami Hurricanes' national championship team.
  6. He even entered the NLF Draft.
  7. He signed with the Calgary Stampeders from Canada.

So I wasn’t surprised to see him. I’m surprised that DG wasn’t there.

Henry Cavill’s Top 3 Strategies For Achieving Peak Mental Wellbeing

Find the right addiction “My work means I train a lot, and because of this I feel the responses quickly to anything new. I recently started drinking No.1 Rosemary Water

“My team couldn’t believe it and it’s become a running joke that I’m addicted to it.”

Prioritise your body, don’t poison it “It’s about staying healthy and not poisoning your body to within an inch of its life every weekend, hoping you survive Monday through to Thursday and starting again on Friday. To me ‘living well’ means being clean and healthy – looking after the machine we were given by nature.

Convenience is key “The impression of working actors is that it’s a cakewalk, and it’s all very easy. But it is a lot of pressure and a lot of hard work, and the hours are exceptionally long.

“After introducing a super herb [like rosemary] to my diet, I immediately felt sharper and could maximise that time – it’s not about science, it’s about how it feels, and taking full advantage of what I need for me to achieve what I need to achieve physically and mentally.”

So I wasn’t surprised to see him. I’m surprised that DG wasn’t there.

So haters can say that she was looking for NFL players to manage? laughing They’re already bashing her for not including HC in the Oprah campaign. And like always they expect her to include HC in everything that DJ does. They’re so blinded by hate that they don’t even realize that what they want her to do doesn’t make sense. They don’t fact check at all. They just spew out hate.

And like always they expect her to include HC in everything that DJ does. They’re so blinded by hate that they don’t even realize that what they want her to do doesn’t make sense.

In my personal opinion, it’s not the fact that HC has to be included in everything, but at least show his work. Mostly of the time DG doesn’t with the same impromptu that she does with DJ work... and of course they are family, but at least try harder with HC. Show us what’s on the table, others proyects we can wait at. That’s all.

Balance

Henry Cavill is perfect

We didn’t think it was possible, but Henry Cavill is somehow more perfect than we could have even dreamed.

I love to make people feel good, to bring a smile to someone’s face,” he says. “Or to see somebody dry their eyes, see them perk up and take on the world – that is a gift to me.”

“If I can have a positive influence on someone’s day, great,” he continues. “They can pass it on and someone else can have a positive day on top of that.”

Negatives, goals & opportunities

“I try not to think of negatives, or what someone else may consider a failure or a miss professionally speaking,” he explains. “I just think of them as another stepping stone or a part of the journey, because it can’t all be sunshine and gloriousness; there have to be darker days for you to appreciate the better days. And I’ve been very fortunate to have good people around me: people I can trust.

“Even when things are bad, you can make good out of them. It’s a matter of trying to find the goodness there, and reminding yourself that it’s about being happy. It’s not necessarily about achieving this or that, because the goalposts will always change. Years ago it was all about being [James] Bond, and I didn’t get that. Then I became Superman. And now I’m the Witcher, and The Witcher is the biggest streaming show on the planet. It’s like, oh, OK, so…”

Henry picks up a spoon and moves it three inches while adding: “I don’t believe that everything happens for a reason, apart from the very obvious, like this spoon ended up there because I moved it. That was the reason, not because the universe dictated it so. I do believe that just because one door closes, it doesn’t mean that five doors didn’t open up in the process. It’s about keeping your eyes open and sharp so that when you do get kicked in the head by life you go, ‘All right, then. What else am I missing that has just happened as an opportunity?’ That has always been my approach. It’s easier said than done because you will be down in the dumps sometimes. So it’s about dragging yourself out of there and trying to find the positive.”

What defines him

He adds: “I don’t let things I’ve achieved define me. I define me in whichever way I wish. When I get married one day and hopefully have kids, they aren’t going to give a flip about me having played Superman! They’re going to be a baby which needs my input to make it into a fully formed human. That’s all that really matters, not: ‘He did that and that and that.’ You go to places around the world and it’s refreshing and rewarding when people don’t give a…”

He goes on, “People look at you and go, ‘You were Superman? Oh. Cool. Can you drive a tractor?’ It’s all relative. I bring it back to happiness. It’s about making this define you. Not anything else.”

Walks

“Sometimes working out can help,” he says. “And I do find – this sounds silly – but going for a walk makes a massive difference. My mother would always swear by this and still walks for miles. It’s a great way of building a rhythm for the body so the brain can start working. If you have a problem, something you’re trying to work out or something that is really getting to you, instead of sitting on the sofa or screaming into the bathwater, go for a walk. A rhythm will be created and you will be able to work out what the problem is and be more at peace. It is to do with the rhythm you create from walking, I believe.”

Happiness

“When I was a young boy in school, acting and considering drama school instead of university, she was the first person to say, ‘Absolutely, do it! Yes. If that’s what you love doing, be happy.’ You can spend your life with all the degrees under the sun and be unhappy because you didn’t do what you wanted to do. If you’re going to be happy running a bar in the Caribbean, then great, that’s all you need to do. She has always been an advocate of happiness first, everything else second.”

Videogames

Videogames – specifically, the Total War series on PC – also play a key role in helping Henry escape. “It’s a double-edged blade, that one,” he says. “There are times when it is a great switch-o¡ from the world. As soon as I step foot out of the door, I am working. So for me, at home, rather than sitting twiddling my thumbs thinking, ‘Man, I wish I could go outside,’ I lock into a game on my PC, play that and switch off.

“At the same time, I am very competitive and play everything on the hardest level I possibly can because I do like the challenge. So I get frustrated as well; there have been times when I’ve been up at 3am or 4am going, ‘I’m not going to beat it today. I need to go to sleep and stop winding myself up because it’s having the exact opposite effect of what I wanted.’ It works both ways.”

No1 Rosemary Water

“I was planning on making my own water,” Henry explains. “I was researching springs around the UK, pH values and what that means for the body, and wanted this water to be environmentally responsible and ethical. Then I heard about David and Bonita and No1 Rosemary Water. I tried it and aside from the unique taste, which I really liked, I found myself craving it. I became genuinely addicted, to the point of being quite possessive.

“Then I had the opportunity to meet David and Bonita. I wanted to know that it was what it was claiming to be and wasn’t just a flavoured water. David answered all the questions – I really grilled him and wanted to know all the science behind everything. He answered everything at length. It was then that I realised what my body had been responding to. I do tend to keep myself healthy and fit, and so everything I put into my body responds very quickly. With rosemary water I felt a certain sharpness, so we started our partnership.”

Henry explains how trials show that “if you take the extract – which is the stronger, concentrated version of what the water is – 20 minutes later the cognitive part of the brain is 15 per cent more active.” He continues, “I found myself in The Witcher season one, working crazy hours, getting up at 3.30am. The only time I’d have to learn my lines was in the trailer in the morning during my two-hour make-up. That, under normal circumstances, could be di.cult because we’re not talking movies where you might shoot up to three pages a day. We’re talking TV, where you’re shooting six to 12 pages a day. I’m also writing up plans to take to set, or changing stunt stu¡ or redesigning ideas. And that was all made possible because I felt sharper. It wasn’t that heavy fog you have when you’re knackered. Rosemary water really did have that e¡ect. Lines were sticking in my head.”

Holmes & other jobs

“It was such an opportunity to play a supporting character like that to Millie, who is an extraordinary actor,” he says. “The people – Sam Claflin [as Mycroft Holmes] and director Harry Bradbeer – were wonderful to work with. I’m really looking forward to seeing how it turns out.

“Otherwise everything else is more of a watchthis-space moment. My problem is, every job I’m doing tends to be top-secret and I can’t talk about it until it comes out. I end up being very boring in interviews because I can’t talk about anything.”

HC can be so old fashion sometimes. Getting married and hope to have kids? Now that’s boring. He’s too young to even think about that. Just date for now. Just let the stans have a non-fatal heart attack each time he dates someone. But if he gets married or impregnate someone, the stans will commit suicide. laughing

Poor HC thinks he’ll be less boring if he could talk about his top-secret jobs. It will make him less boring in the first two articles or vids. But then he will keep talking about them and make himself boring again. rofl

When you’re promoting something, interviewers expect you to talk about it. They will keep ask you the same things about it and you will keep giving them the same answers. Once you tell an interviewer what the top-secret job is, others looking for a story will invite you to come talk about it. They will keep ask you the same things about it and you will keep giving them the same answers. And we will be back in the boring zone. HC can’t escape it. it’s his destiny to be boring in interviews. Or he could just stick with two interviews and hope others will quote them. If they don’t, he may not reach as many readers and listeners as possible.
