It took me a while to realize the singer is TC. Before he faces the public, WTH is he doing with his hand? OMFG!

I hate musicals, but I think I’ll watch Rock Of Ages now. Looks like fun. TC gets to be weird, crazy and flamboyant. I love the way he walks to the left, then abruptly stops and does the whine.

I had to play it cool, "Keep smiling...keeeeep smiling" I told myself while i reached for my sidearm (which you can see me doing) so I could shoot it, without hitting Jeff obviously, before it sank it's fangs into him. I saved that man's life that day, and thank goodness because he's a fantastic photographer and a wonderful man to work with. True story. In light of this I would just like to clarify and confirm to all that I have always and will continue to hold women in the highest of regard, no matter the type of relationship whether it be friendship, professional, or a significant other. After #MeToo, phone app allows you to legally consent to sex

LONDON (Thomson Reuters Foundation) - A Dutch startup is launching an app which will allow people to give legal consent to sex via their mobile in an initiative spurred by Sweden’s plans to bolster its rape law.

The LegalFling app, which lets users set out which practices they are and are not comfortable with, records sexual consent in a legally binding agreement.

“You’re not going to ask someone to sign a contract before sex - LegalFling is an easy way to clearly set and communicate rules and boundaries before having sex.”

The app’s creators said they came up with the idea as a practical response to Sweden’s proposal to introduce legislation requiring explicit consent for sexual contact later this year.

The app uses blockchain, the technology behind the cryptocurrency bitcoin, making it impossible for anyone to tamper with the agreement.

Users can stipulate sexual dos and don’ts as well as rules on the use of condoms, disclosure of sexually transmitted diseases and the taking of photos and videos. The app allows both parties to agree on a penalty if footage is shared.

The idea of such an app was ridiculed by actress Catherine Deneuve and other French women in a recent open letter which said the #MeToo campaign had gone too far and Sweden’s plans “bordered on ridiculous”..

“Next thing you know, two adults wanting to sleep together will have to specify beforehand, via an app ... which practices they do and don’t consent to,” they wrote, apparently unaware of LegalFling.

Writing on tech site Gizmodo, journalist Melanie Ehrenkranz said consent was not a “one-time checklist” but should occur continually throughout a sexual encounter and could also be withdrawn.

The LegalFling website states users can change their mind and withdraw consent through the app.

Sweden has passed a new law that rules sex without explicit consent is rape.

The legislation, due to be come into effect on 1 July, requires people to obtain clear verbal or physical consent before sex.

Prosecutors will no longer need to have evidence of violence, threats or the exploitation of a victim’s vulnerability to secure a rape conviction.

The legislation will introduce two new offences, “negligent rape” and “negligent sexual abuse”. Both carry a maximum prison term of four years.

“Shockingly, this change in law will make Sweden only the tenth country in Europe to recognise that sex without consent is rape. Most European countries still define rape based on physical force, threat or coercion, and these outdated definitions have caused immeasurable harm. 

“The new legislation has not lowered the burden of proof, since the prosecutor has to prove that a crime was committed and they have to prove intent,” secretary general Anne Ramberg told The New York Times.

Most European countries define rape as sex carried out with the use or threat of violence. Nine nations, including the UK and Ireland, class rape as sex without consent.

Consent should be given before touching or it is illegal. So how does the physical consent work?
