If there is a premiere in the UK, she may turn up there. Tara King showed up during the premiere of BvS in London, but not the premiere in the US. And even if she doesn’t show up in any of the premieres, she can still show up elsewhere with him, assuming they’re still together.

The beardship didn't take into consideration of Lucy's other job, MI6. She can't take off to moonlight as a beard, when her real bread and butter demands she stay on set.
That's why linebacker Dany slid into home plate, since she wants to see a woman on HC's arm.
