Same ol' thing when it comes to the London daily mail: If you cut out HC in the pic w/Nat, it would appear as if they are in two different scenes. Feet are in different directions -- yet they are not when HC is with TC. In fact, their feet point to each other. LOL. HC and Nat's body position is off as well; shoulders turned away; gaze looking in another direction. Needless to say, they don't look at each other, and once again, Nat holds the purse near the goods to block any action. This "couple" is just a working duo. Each trying to network aka fight for the Hollywood crumbs.

Terrible... Nat looks like an assistant that he gave directions to when he walks off and leaves her on the sidewalk w/the flowers. As we know, this isn't the first time he walked off w/o her. On one premiere, he hops in an SUV and leaves her on the sidewalk. I think this is clearly a business relationship, and they are going through the motions to make it appear as if it is something more.

You have to ask yourself, what gf of an actor attends EVERY business outing - no matter how small? What message is HC trying to send by having her attend?

Nicer attempt but there is always going to be a gap. Their kiss is the quickest peck on record and the least romantic.

I noticed that HC holds Nat at the upper back. That position is usually a non-romantic hold. A person might do that to show friendliness, support, or encouragement, especially when accompanied by a reassuring pat or a gentle squeeze. It is less likely to be interpreted as flirtatious or romantic.

It's odd to see that Nat appears to be holding his thumb as he escorts her down the steps.

Nat holds her purse in a different position this time, and it's at the boob line. She probably held it there for stability as she walked down the stairs.

Gosh, in slow motion, that kiss is more telling. Nat seems to have to prepare herself for it, as HC moves in for the kiss. It seems choreographed, and it doesn't seem as carefree. The quick peck and the quick return to business as usual.

Notice Nat's neck leans in and this is the type of kiss one might give on your way out the door in the morning, while your hands are full. I spotted that they touched at the corner of their shoulders. That movement tends to offer a barrier, and that their bodies didn't do a frontal (more intimate) touch.

A closer look revealed that Nat's neck was doing the movement -- not any other part of her body. This is a type of kiss reserved for hellos and goodbyes with your partner -- not a "couple" who are spending their time at an event.

I also noticed that just after the peck, she checks out right away, eyes down and away, not a lingering of connection... If they were together, it'd look like they are pretending to be ok for the camera but deep inside they had a fight and she is mad at him ...

HC must always point; I guess that is his signature thing to do when he doesn't know what to do or to signal to Nat to look for both to look in the same direction. This video is very choreographed, but in the end, you can see that HC was not told to continue to hold Nat's hand as he walked off.

Notice -- they were holding hands -- however, as usual, there is a gap. They are literally - swinging -- their hands as they walk over to the Argyle sign. This is one of the major factors of synchronicity, couples who hold hands are much more likely to sync their steps. It is probably due to the mechanical constraints that the held hand applies. However, with this couple, history proves that is not the case.

However, what I noticed is that they weren't holding hands at the initial start of the video.

00:00 to 00:02 -When HC extends his hand, Nat places her hand over HC's hand and walks like that for the duration of the handhold. This can be used to show that someone is in control or has a strong presence.

00:01. If you freeze the video, you can see from Nat's body language that she is definitely in control. She even raises her left shoulder to give the impression of power, even though she is not taller than HC. In comparison, HC looks like a deer in headlights, even though he has done many red carpets.

This frame in the video shows a lot of inconsistencies.

Yes, they are holding hands, but there is still a gap.

Yes, their feet are sync -- but focus on the heads which are not looking in the same direction.

Yes, Nat doesn't have her party purse over her goods -- but notice that her free hand is covering up the goods.

Need I need to mention that they are not genuinely smiling.

At 00.02, you can see that they continue to be out of sync and the handhold still produces a gap.

At 00:08, HC continues to keep his hand on Nat's upper back.

That's a universal friendly gesture. You can get that upper-back hold from anyone. If HC placed his hand on Nat's lower back, it would suggest that he is expressing his attraction or desire to be close to her.

At 00:34, the photogs are screaming to your left please, and they can't seem to get it together and look in one direction.

Marianne looks like she protecting him with her body , she makes a distance from him and lean to her just like she wanted to separate them or protect him from her that was mine first thought even though I don't know anything about body language

From these pics, I am gathering that Marianne and Nat don't know each other other than at a surface level.

Nat stands in front of Marianne while HC stands beside her. It seems as if Nat wants to be seen and doesn't take into consideration other people in the picture. She is using whatever methods that she can to get in a better position in the frame. It appears she is most interested in the cameras, and that torso turn to the camera is where she wants to connect to the most.

In fact, in the first pic, Nat is in the forefront more than the other subjects. Mission accomplished.

It could be one of the reasons why Marianne's body is slightly tilted, but I don't believe it's the only reason.

With that said, Marrianne stands in the middle, closer to Nat but her head leans over to HC in a nurturing way. The head tilt is a particularly female gesture. If we were asked to guess who her child is -- removing any physical traits -- her head tilt alone gives it away that she's involved in some way to HC and likes him.

In both pics, HC looks like a cold fish. In that, he has this military stand, with his fingers curled up at the cuff and a stiff upper lip.

Marianne doesn't play by HC's rules, because if she did, she would have straightened his shirt and would pretend along with him. Instead, she beams with joy, so much so that we can see the balls of her cheek.

Neither HC or Nat can smile like that, even though they can physically do it. However, Marianne displays a genuine smile, and that is extremely hard to fake.

It APPEARS as if HC and his mother's feet and torsos are in the same direction, but the way Nat is standing it seems as if her feet and torso are not pointing in the same direction as HC and his mom. Nat is focused on the camera.

When feet especially are in different directions, one or more persons do not want to be in the same space for long with each other.

Of course, Nat holds the purse near the goods, so that is a subconscious c-blocker, as if there was anything more going on in this business arrangement.

I noticed that Nat used her hand to push away HC's chest as she walked away. Pushing away hand movements and crossing the chest in body language often signify defensiveness or resistance. Usually, lovers will hold hands until they can't or brush the arm as they leave.

This chest brush off subtle gesture can convey frustration, discomfort, or a desire to create a physical barrier. As well, it can indicate a need for emotional or physical space in a given interaction.

This pic reveals that Nat and HC are in sync when it comes to footwork and gaze. They must have been reading my body language posts about them. LOL. Since, I notice that Nat is not using her purse over the goods.

However, try as they may, I noticed that Nat is awkwardly concealing her hand. Remember, her hands usually were used to cover the goods.

Now, it appears as if she is trying to hide something by hiding her hand in her pocket. People who hide their hands come off as untrustworthy.

HC, along with a clenched jaw, offers his arm to Nat as they walk to the venue. Offering his arm to Nat for a walk is a gesture of courtesy and chivalry. This act is often seen as a polite and considerate gesture in many cultures, and this is what I get from this pic.
