RIP Sondra Locke

I have just read the sad news that Sondra Locke passed away on 3 November. Her death has not been reported until now.
She is most famous as the long-time partner of Clint Eastwood and co-star in several of his films, but I remember her best for her lovely debut performance in The Heart is a Lonely Hunter. RIP.

It's surprising her death didn't get any buzz (I, for one, didn't hear/read any mention of it, till now), as Miss Locke was a pretty big deal for a fair length of time, years back.
Besides her theatrical movies, I remember her, quite well, for a made-for-t.v. biopic she starred in as actress-singer Rosemary Clooney. Checking her credits, I see that was way back in 1982, Rosie: The Rosemary Clooney Story.

She was great in Sudden Impact & The Gauntlet.
