Kenneth Pogue (July 26, 1934 – December 15, 2015) was a Canadian actor. His first motion picture role in 1973 was in The Neptune Factor. Where on set he almost drowned in scuba gear.[citation needed]

He worked on stage at the Crest Theatre, Stratford Shakespeare Festival, St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts and Guthrie Theater in the 1960s through 1980s before moving to television and film. His other film credits include The Silent Partner (1978), Lost and Found (1979), Virus (1980), Suzanne (1980), The Grey Fox (1982), The Dead Zone (1983, as the vice president), Kane & Abel (1985), Act of Vengeance (1986), Dead of Winter (1987), Crazy Moon (1987), and The Hitman (1991), starring Chuck Norris. He was also Father Dominic in the 2006 film The Mermaid Chair.

Ken Pogue (* 26. Juli 1934 in Toronto, Kanada; † 15. Dezember 2015 in Victoria, Kanada) war ein kanadischer Schauspieler, der für seine vielseitigen Rollen in Film und Fernsehen bekannt war.

Er begann seine Karriere in den 1960er Jahren und spielte zunächst am Theater, bevor er sich dem Film zuwandte. Seine erste Filmrolle hatte er 1969 in Die drei Musketiere. Später war er in The Silent Partner (1978), Dead Zone (1983) und The Grey Fox (1982) zu sehen.

Pogue trat in zahlreichen Fernsehserien auf, darunter Adderly (1986–1987), Night Heat (1985–1986) und Katts and Dog (1988–1993). Er übernahm oft die Rolle von Autoritätspersonen oder Antagonisten.

Neben seiner Schauspielkarriere war er mit der Schauspielerin Diana Barrington verheiratet. Pogue verstarb 2015 an Krebs und hinterließ ein umfangreiches Werk, das ihn als prägende Figur des kanadischen Films etablierte.
