I only watched the pilot of the dance show she and Bella Thorne were on, so I didn't know much about her. She's been on my radar mostly through post on ONTD and TomandLorenzo, so I know she has a pretty good head on her shoulder, she sounds very intelligent and articulate, and has a great fashion sense/ stylist.
From looking at her credits, it looks like she's set herself up quite nicely.

Her coming aboard the Marvel Cinematic Universe seems to be a rewarding move for both parties.
