Extra Details: Eija seems to have a "ghost role" in database. I added her as a regular to "Fakta homma" series, but there seems to be a duplicate entry I can't locate. It's shown on her personal acting list. 0 episodes on that one.

Yeah, they were true ghost credits!
Some actor have them in their profile. When you see an older series without any season/cast, one thing you could do before adding season regular is see if the actors have a (0 episode) credits on their profile. When they do, add the characters exactly as they are credited in the ghost credit. Then you can delete the credit and re-add it with the spelling of your choosing.
But reporting ghost credits works too!
