Sean Bean is known for his role as Boromir in "The Lord of the Rings" trilogy. Some other movies he appeared in are "Patriot Games (1992)", "GoldenEye (1995)", "National Treasure (2004)", "The Island (2005)", "Jupiter Ascending (2015)" and "The Martian (2015)".
He played Ned Stark on the TV fantasy show "Game of Thrones".
