The problem is that TMDb does not allow person profiles for music bands - rule:
Every member of a music band has to be added with individual credits to every movie and tv show they participated in.
This person profile here was created for the lead singer of this band - so you have to add her credits only.
If you don't know the exact names of the other members, like in this case, you can't create a person profile for them.
This music band is a special case, because of the secrecy - but that's how it is.
