In the Sherlock Holmes film series in the 1940s, Watson, as played by Bruce, is to Holmes (Basil Rathbone) as Winnie the Pooh is to Christopher Robin. Think about it. Often Holmes and Robin even make similar head-shaking comments about their beloved companions.
