I saw her on a game show and she was with her then husband. She was a little creepy in the way she acted. I was disappointed. She played Miss. Kitty a character with great virtue for 19 years. I would have thought that virtue would have rubbed off on her. The one outtake we do have of her belongs to Gunsmoke-guest Ozian Margaret Hamilton (see my postings) and we only possibly hear Blake breaking character. We do not see her doing it. They did not show many outtakes of her probably because she was a creep. And they did not want people to see that of her.
Now to Robert Conrad. 10 years ago I took 'Wild, Wild West' out on DVD and saw still pictures of Conrad behind the scenes. He was jumping right up in the air in two still picture shots one after another. I am certain there was a live action outtake of him doing this but darn they would not show outtakes of him! Why? Because, like Blake, he was kinda creepy too. They did not want you to see how creepy he could be when his on his on screen image of Jim West was good and wholesome (like hers of Miss Kitty).
You can still enjoy both their fine shows but just remember that their characters were better than they were (though Conrad did do plenty of his own stunts--so something 2/3rds like Jim West could have existed in real life!).
