ممثل مصري، كان يشارك في المسرح المدرسي بطفولته، ثم التحق بالمعهد العالي للفنون المسرحية، وشارك في بداياته في عدد من المسلسلات والسهرات التلفزينية، ولكن بدأ الجمهور في معرفته من خلال مشاركته بفيلم (شاويش نص الليل) عام 1991 مع (فريد شوقي)، ليشارك في العديد من الأعمال في فترة التسعينيات منها (السقوطفي بئر سبع، هوانم جاردن سيتي)، له العديد من الأعمال كا بين السينما والمسرح والتلفزيون، من أبرز أعماله (رجل مجنون جدا، الحقيقة والسراب، يتربى في عزو).
