Pictures have to be of good quality - better no picture than a really bad one. In general, we don't want full body images like this one for Ivy Matheson:

Person profiles have to be head shots -> no images below waste!
Also, please don't upload persons in character of film roles like this one of Jill Wagner:

We do make exceptions when there's no image for someone - but only if it appears not in role.
Often, the image quality is a matter of personal opinion and we mods disagree in specific cases (also, I'm personally very bad with images). For example, all 3 images that I uploaded for Ivy Matheson are not very good:

I think they are acceptable, but another moderator might be of different opinion and delete them in the future. Unfortunately, I can't find any better one's ...
