And nobody could remember that we ever had such a rule and/or exception.
We never explicitly encouraged users to add the legal name - that was never a rule.

So, for Demiti Bennett aka Rhea Ripley, I would / we should choose at this point in her career the name Rhea Ripley as the primary name.
All of her current social media accounts use the name Rhea Ripley - that's what people know her as of right now.

This can change in the future!
But for now, it should be Rhea Ripley.
