All data, including images, is user contributed and we encourage all users to fill in missing information. For person profile images, more recent ones are preferred, but there is no rule that says the old(er) images have to be removed -- as long as they meet our image guidelines, they can stay. The current profile picture looks fine to me, so I'm going to close this topic.

The image is wrong and bad. That’s not his skin tone. Looks white washed, look up colorism. There’s plenty of other pictures to use.
