Very sad, very tragic to pass as young as this, and as quickly as that.
John certainly provides a commanding screen presence with his sharp appearance, neat style, intense dramatic delivery and gentlemanly mannerisms. He surely will be long remembered and appreciated.
Supposition - Suppose some of the "last reply" light blue names highlight blue as in "click to that answer's question?" - whereas the blacks are just the regular names?
Supposition - Suppose that we try to edit responses - or to try to delete repetitious ones (as discussed above) - then no - because because because because because they just won't go-way
I just now deleted where your original comment duped twice, Quite - but have no clue why that happened. It very well may have been because the new version of TMDb was rolled out the other day, and certain things were at first a little flukey.
Under where it says "last reply," why are some names colored light blue, and others black?
Satch/Cell, where a username appears in black under "Last Reply", that means the person who created that thread is also the most recent person who's commented something on it. Blue means someone else has.
Thanks, Genplant. Hope that you're all holding up very well these days.
Tried to express gratitude earlier, but the message board had this thread on "closed." Oh well, thanks for re-opening if that's the case, or please thank whomever for the rest of us.
By the way, during these board renovations, is there any possibility that potential posters who plan to discuss third parties transfer these discussions to that individual's message board instead of bombarding a second party's board to overflow?
In other words, if one wishes to discuss celebrity "A," then post onto celebrity "A's" board, instead of celebrity "B's?" Realize that kids have time off from school outages these days, but this doesn't seem to make very much sense at all to bombard "B's" board for discussions regarding "C," "D," "E," "F" or "G" and so on, and so forth, unless there were some sort of "General Discussion" board or "Specific Interest" options, right?
Hi, Quite! I hope also you and your loved ones and friends are well, doing well, and that things will remain that way, ongoingly, during these very concerning times.
Regarding what you asked about - unfortunately that's something that probably will indefinitely continue to "come with the territory" on the TMDb message boards.
@Cell, I've always automatically become subscribed to any thread I create or comment on, as I have my TMDb account set to do that. You probably don't have your setting that way. In that case, "Subscribe" that you see in the left-side column (and which, incidentally, has always been there, even on the old TMDb version) enables you to subscribe, which simply means you'll automatically receive a notification e-mail anytime someone adds a new comment.
Btw, it's just as easy to unsubscribe (which I do in many instances) or re-subscribe (which I do occasionally) to a thread: Simply click on the same place again.

Is it just me or are they still working out some kinks with the new design?
Also, under where it says "last reply," why are some names colored light blue, and others black? Anyone?

Cool, plant - I also noticed a "Subscribe" hickeydoo that I can click. What does that do?

Cell, where do you mean about Subscribe? I mean, on what type screen or page do you see that?

On the left of the screen that these posts are on, it says "Subscribe" in grey.
