张桂兰（1934年9月—2001年7月7日）女，辽宁省金县人。1949年到东北电影制片厂翻译组任配音演员。1955年至1957年在北京电影学院演员专修班学习，毕业后曾在《生活的浪花》、《红日》、《伤疤的故事》等影片中扮演主角或重要角色。1963年调新闻纪录电影制片厂任解说组副组长。1973年调北影任译制片导演。1982年任童影厂导演室副组长。40余年来为200多部中外影片、电视片和广播剧主角配音，其中有两三岁的幼儿、男女少年、中青年乃至老年妇女。《埃及艳后》中埃及艳后克里奥帕特拉、《闪闪的红星》中的潘冬子、《海霞》中的小海霞、《刘三姐》中的刘三姐、《五朵金花》中的金花，都是她的配音作品。1985年为电视连续剧《父女之间》女主角查里多配音，获第四届《大众电视》“金鹰奖”最佳女配音演员奖；1986年为电视连续剧《阿信》主角少年、青年、中年阿信配音，获第七届全国电视剧“飞天奖”优秀配音演员奖。
