I think most people are kinda indifferent towards Ariana. She has her crazy obsessed fans but most people just don't care that much. I for example don't really care for her but I do find her to be very odd in interviews and while I am happy for her success, I think she will struggle to transition to films outside of the musical kind, but she wants to do more musical theater she says and maybe that's her niche (and probably always has been).

I’ve always been indifferent, but I’ve seen a lot of hate towards her lately, even from the general public. Her “I hate America” comment, her perceived blackfishing, her personal life, her attitude in interviews, I’m always seeing people come for her. Personally, they could never make me hate her.

She just seems SO unbothered. She’s letting her talent speak for itself and it’s great to see.

I didn’t watch Joker 2, I heard it was bad. I’ll check it out once it hits streaming though.
