I mean Olivia Rodrigo and Chappel Roan have the same songwriter and both of them sound like Taylor Swift. The beginning of Good Luck Babe sounds like a demo of Anti-Hero and Billie's new song Birds of a Feather is very Taylor Esque. Call Taylor mediocre and try hard as much as you like, your fave sounds like Taylor.

Is that the case, or does Taylor just not have a distinct sound so she kinda sounds like everyone else?
I like a lot of Taylor’s music, but there’s nothing interesting or unique enough about it for other artists to “sound like” her. What’s her sound, really?

Exactly nothing from what you just wrote makes sense. GGB doesn't sound like anything Taylor has ever done. It sounds like an 80s track, a poppier Kate Bush. And nothing about BOAF sounds like Taylor at all, not even close to Taylor's sound.
