Beyoncé - Renaissance - am I missing something?

Honestly I have been going through that album and I don't get the hype, I simply don't understand the outrageous hype and reviews this album is getting.
I also don't like Beyoncé's vocals on this. Here's the thing Beyoncé has the potential of delivering fantastic vocals but in recent years she sounds annoying on records.

I have to agree with you. I don’t think it’s bad but all this over dramatic praise is doing too much. I like maybe 4-5 songs.
I feel like soo many songs sound the same.
