Gaga's Vegas Residency is more successful than Celine and Britney but why?

Gaga broke the record for highest per average of ANY residency in the history of Vegas, beating previous record-holder Celine Dion.
Why? Is she a bigger legend and icon than them? It also goes to say her tickets are the most expensive as well, so: https://www.ticketclub.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/Female-Vegas-Headliners-graph.png
And she's receiving $1 million per show, which is more than what Adele is going to get ($950,000) and more than both Celine and Britney as well.
Why? Will the 
go "but, but, but, bu-- but it's because she, because s-- beca... logs off" 
She's either:
A) A bigger legend/icon
B) Still relevant
C) Both more relevant AND a bigger legend

PS. Katy is also in Vegas and is doing, guess what... HALF of Gaga's per average 
And Xtina... oh, well. Let's just say she's not on the list lol.

But how can Gaga sell more tickets than Celine if she's not as iconic or popular like her?
And then there's Britney, Xtina, J.Lo, Mariah, Backstreet Boys, Katy Perry etc. and she's also doing more than them.

Great to see Adele literally being the only act to get more per show than Gaga. Speaks volumes. Katy can't relate.
As for the tours you speak of. Gaga's still relevant so she can still tour. Judging by how well those 20 dates are selling, it's not far-fetched to think she can have a record tour like that.
But... how can her tickets be that expensive and outsell Bieber? How can her tickets be record-breaking expensive in Vegas and outsell Katy, Britney and Celine, huh? Because she's a SUPERSTAR and your faves are all flops
