Shake It Off, Taylor's second most streamed song on Spotify, has been overtaken by the smash hit Always Remember Us This Way by Queen Gaga. And the song is on track to overtake Taylor's most successful Blank Space.

Blank Space: 768 million streams

Always Remember Us This Way: 746 million streams

Shake It Off: 741 million streams

And I'm not even going to mention how Gaga's Bad Romance is at over 700 million streams as well heart_eyes We're of course not going to mention one of Spotify's most streamed songs of all time Shallow and its gigantic 1.7 BILLION streams (Taylor can't relate) clap_tone1

We. Love. To. See. It.

But someone said she was an irrelevant fad who hasn't had a solo hit since 2013 coffin

Gaga's such a superstar 👑

Considering Taylor's songs weren't available to stream until mid 2017 , the fact that Blank Space is at 768 million and Shake it off near 700 million is quite an achievement considering it had been a couple of years since they had been popular.

Bad Romance is over 700 million streams. Just 140 million more and it may reach Rihanna's umbrella.

Always Remember us this way is at 746 million streams, only 100 million streams and it may reach Rihanna's "flop" Love on the Brain.

They're Taylor's only actual worldwide smash singles (like Poker Face or Bad Romance) and they should NOT under any circumstance lose to a non-single that is not counted as "a genuine solo hit" by certain posters on here. Especially since ARUTW took off in 2019, two whole years after Blank Space and Shake It Off. Also, it's worth noting that Blank Space and Shake It Off were indeed released on Spotify before being pulled down shortly after 1989 came out (because Taylor was money-hungry) and their streams have NOT been on zero when it was re-released. Regardless, this doesn't change the fact that ARUTW has no right to be up there.

Want me to make it look even more impressive? Fine, let's do that:

It has amassed more streams than Look What You Made Me Do, Me!, You Need To Calm Down and any other song by Taylor's released post-2017 and is about to overtake Katy Perry's Roar as well. I could go on about naming songs that are considered hits that ARUTW has surpassed in the same time span.

Bad Romance is over 700 million streams. Just 140 million more and it may reach Rihanna's umbrella.

Yes and NO Rihanna song is even close to reaching Shallow lol.

Always Remember us this way is at 746 million streams, only 100 million streams and it may reach Rihanna's "flop" Love on the Brain.

This flew way past your head. No one claimed LOTB was a flop but if ARUTW is not a hit then how can you call LOTB one? Like, it's beyond stupid to keep ignoring how big of a hit ARUTW was just because it doesn't fit the "Gaga hasn't seen a solo hit in years" narrative that The Three Stooges on here claim. Say that out loud anywhere else and chances are you'll look like a fool. The song is very well-known and is a hit.

Thank you Gfe for the point of Love on the Brain though. I forgot MsJacs called that a flop....and yet he wants us to pretend ARUTW is a "smash". rofl

What the fvck are you spewing right now? First off, YOU imply LOTB was a flop by claiming ARUTW wasn't a hit man_facepalming_tone1 You're actually pathetic.

Second, how can you not consider ARUTW a hit? It's done better than 90 percent of Taylor's discography and Blank Space and Shake if Off do NOT have any right to lose out to a supposed "flop" when they have streams from 2014 + 2017-now, while ARUTW has from 2018-now.

What part of "ARUTW has more streams than 90 percent of Taylor's songs on Spotify" don't you get, moron?

Anyways, you were WRONG about this one as well. Congrats, clown clown Your double standards and dumb logic is something else laughing

@Flopgamyalgia said:

LOTB sold more in the US alone than ARUTW worldwide. Sorry. Bye girl. Keep trying.

laughing

And Carrie Underwood's debut album sold more in the US than Christina Aguilera's Back To Basics did worldwide and sold more than the Pussycat Dolls' PCD and the Black Eyed Peas' Monkey Business laughing YOU keep trying.

I can't at you thinking Carrie Underwood is a bigger star than Xtina and the Black Eyed Peas man_facepalming_tone1 You are the epitome of being fvcking moronic.

Btw, ARUTW has outsold LOTB in Australia, France, Italy and Europe overall and has sold the same in the UK laughing "but it's not a hit, but LOBT is (insert Joker laugh)"

Why do you ALWAYS lose arguments and switch narratives like this? Pathetic clown lol.

@Flopgamyalgia said:

MsJacs you're the one that pushed the narrative that LOTB is a "flop" and that ARUTW is a "smash"

No, I didn't. You're the one who pushed it. You are the one who counted LOTB as Rihanna's hit but chose not to count ARUTW as Gaga's. I said "well then LOBT must be a flop since it performed worse than ARUTW internationally," you dumb fvck.

Don't fvcking even try to twist my words because you'll be dragged to the pits of hell and then some.

But they weren't available to stream when they were popular? why not compare it's streams to Poker Face or Bad Romance. Better yet, why not compare ARUWT to those singles?

hat the fvck are you spewing right now? First off, YOU imply LOTB was a flop by claiming ARUTW wasn't a hit man_facepalming_tone1 You're actually pathetic.

I actually never referred to Always remember us this way as a flop or a hit but you went on about how Love on the Brain was just a radio hit. Or you seem to have forgotten, in a similar way you forgot you made 50+ threads about Xtine during the liberation era.

in a similar way you forgot you made 50+ threads about Xtine during the liberation era.

He has selective memory when he’s being dragged from Filth.

They were available to stream when they were peaking. Especially Shake It Off.

Still, Taylor songs referred to as hits that came out around the same time as ARUTW have like a gazillion LESS streams than Gaga's song yet you refer to them as hits?

Besides, Love On The Brain is from 2016 and is at 800+ million. ARUTW is from late 2018 and has 740+ million. ARUTW is more impressive. Either they're both hits or they're both flops. You can't have it both ways.

No one apart from you three is being dragged on here with your compulsive lying and your illogical statements. Not you three inbred morons thinking ANYONE is backing you up lol.

ARUTW is a solo hit for Gaga. Xtina hasn't seen one since Bush was still president. You stan flops and you're a liar. LadyALWAYSwrong is always wrong and sounds pretty uneducated, probably because he went to school 50-some years ago.

The fact that you're put in the same box as Gfe speaks volumes about what the lack of success of your faves and some 2010 grudge against Gaga you still have has done to you. You've become what you were against the most and it's quite astonishing. Some old posters from the old board would be ashamed when they found out what you've become, Rules.

But lmfao at all of you being this pressed coffin It's entertaining. Like an ongoing meltdown that'll stop when Gaga flops. Too bad ya'll keep losing.
